Supplemental announcement about the suspension of distribution

Aegon Hungary Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (registered office: H-1091 Budapest, Üllői street 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261, hereinafter as: Company), hereby informs its Investors that, pursuant to Section 114 (1/b) of the Kbftv., that the continuous distribution of Aegon Russia Equity Investment Fund – announced on 24 February 2022. – remains suspended in order to protect the interests of investors.
Reason for suspension:
The ongoing armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine has made it impossible to reach the local stock exchange, so the sale or redemption of investment units cannot be carried on due to reasons attributable to the investment fund manager.
We will immediately inform our Investors on our website about the first distribution day of the continuous distribution.
Our Company will inform the Hungarian National Bank as the supervisory body of the suspension of continuous trading.

Reason for suspension
The ongoing armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine freeze the liquidity in bond markets, and has made it impossible to reach „firm” prices. As the – currently illiquid – Russian and Ukrainian instruments have significant weight in th fund, in case of continuous distribution the ratio of liquid / illiquid assets in the investment fund is expected to change to the detriment of the interests of the remaining investors in the fund.
We will immediately inform our Investors on our website about the first distribution day of the continuous distribution.
Our Company will inform the Hungarian National Bank as the supervisory body of the suspension of continuous trading.

Aegon Hungary Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (registered office: H-1091 Budapest, Üllői street 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261, hereinafter as: Company), hereby informs its Investors that, pursuant to Section 114 (1) /.) and (2) of the Kbftv., that the continuous distribution of Aegon Prémium Dynamic Sub-Fund, Aegon Prémium Everest Sub-fund and Aegon Tempó Maxx Sub-Fund – announced on 24 February 2022. – remains suspended in order to protect the interests of investors.
Reason for suspension
Because of the ongoing armed conflict between Russia and Ukraine the Company suspended two of its Funds’ continuous distribution (Aegon Russia Equity Investment Fund and Aegon Emerging Europe Bond Investment Fund). These two investment funds represent more than 10% of the assets in the above mentioned sub-funds. As a result, the continuous distribution could be jeopardized the liquidity of the investment funds.
We will immediately inform our Investors on our website about the first distribution day of the continuous distribution.
Our Company will inform the Hungarian National Bank as the supervisory body of the suspension of continuous trading
