Announcement about the discontinuation of suspension

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (registered office: H-1091 Budapest, Üllői street 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261, hereinafter as: Company), in compliance with its legal obligation Act No XVI of 2014. (Collective Investment Act.), § 114 (3), with reference to §114 (1) a) of Collective Investment Act hereby informs its investors that the suspension of

Aegon IstanBull Equity Investment Fund

will be discontinued between 2 and 4 May 2022. and on 19 May 2022.

Reason:

The reason for the suspension is that on the above date, market price information suitable for valuation is not available for certain assets representing a significant proportion of the Fund’s portfolio. This is due to the fact that May 2-4 and May 19, 2022 are public holidays in Turkey and therefore the Turkish Stock Exchange is closed on these days.

The days 2-4 May 2022 and 19 May 2022 will be disregarded for the calculation of the deadline for the execution of orders entered before the suspension of trading and not yet settled in accordance with the Fund Rules.

First day of distribution after suspension: 5 May 2022. and 20 May 2022.

will be suspend on 3 May 2022.

Reason:

The reason for the suspension is that on the above date, market price information suitable for valuation is not available for certain assets representing a significant proportion of the Fund’s portfolio. This is due to the fact that 3^rd of May 2022 are public holidays in Poland and therefore the Polish Stock Exchange is closed on that day.

The day 3^rd of May 2022 will be disregarded for the calculation of the deadline for the execution of orders entered before the suspension of trading and not yet settled in accordance with the Fund Rules.

First day of distribution after suspension: 4 May 2022.

Our Company informs the National Bank of Hungary, as a supervisory authority, about the above-mentioned suspension of the distribution of the Fund.
