Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares announces the following pursuant to the 167. § (1) e) j) and (2) of the Collective Investment Act.

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (Company) hereby informs its Honoured Investors that the sole member [shareholder] of the Company, AEGON Magyarország Általános Biztosító Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság [1091 Budapest, Üllői út 1., company registration number: 01-10-041365], by Resolution No. 3/2022.03.25 and 4/2022.03.25., in addition to the authorizing resolutions of the Hungarian National Bank No. H-EN-III-124/2022 and H-EN-III-123/2022. dated 29.03.2022, the new members of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 29.03.2022 is: Dr. Berta Adrienn, Mikesy Álmos.

The amendments was accepted by the Metropolitan Court of Registration and registered in the company’s register with effect from 29.03.2022 by order dated 08.04.2022.

Following the changes, the Supervisory Board of the Company consists of Dr Andreas Grünbichler, Gerhard Lahner; Gábor Lehel; Gerald Weber, Adrienn Dr.Berta, Álmos Mikesy
