Announcement of modification of Aegon BondMaxx Total Return Bond Investment Fund’s documentation

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (registered office: H-1091 Budapest, Üllői street 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261, hereinafter as: Company), hereby informs its investors that in compliance with its legal obligation, with reference to §139 (1) of Collective Investment Act modifies the documentation  of Aegon BondMaxx Total Return Bond Investment Fund from 8^th September 2021.

Rationale behind: modification in the investment policy, change in the Fund’s English name, modification in audit fee, clarifications have been made and new series of units have been launched, which will:

• E (EUR) – ISIN: HU0000727037
• Pi (PLN) – ISIN: HU0000727391
• U (USD) – ISIN: HU0000727045

The Fund’s new name: Aegon BondMaxx Absolute Return Investment Fund.
