Announcement of modification of Aegon Emerging Market ESG Equity Investment Fund’s documentation

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (registered office: H-1091 Budapest, Üllői street 1., company registration number: 01-10-044261, hereinafter as Company), hereby informs its investors that in compliance with its legal obligation, with reference to §139 (1)/b of Collective Investment Act modifies the documentation  of Aegon Emerging Market ESG Equity  Investment Fund from 18^th May 2022.

Rationale behind: the Fund’s C share class is going to be a hedged product, clarifications have been made and new series of units have been launched, which will:

• EI share class (EUR) – ISIN: HU0000729553
• UI share class (USD) – ISIN: HU0000729561
