Announcement about changes in the company’s registered data of Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares announces the following pursuant to the 167. § (1)  j) and (2) of the Collective Investment Act.

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (Company) hereby informs its Honoured Investors that the sole member [shareholder] of the Company, in addition to the authorizing resolution of the Hungarian National Bank No. H-EN-III-125/2022 dated 29.03.2022, the new member of the Management Board of the Company as of 29.03.2022 is :Kovács Zsolt.

The amendment was accepted by the Metropolitan Court of Registration and registered in the company’s register with effect from 29.03.2022 by order dated 09.04.2022.

Following the change, the Supervisory Board of the Company consists of Kadocsa Péter, Kocsis Bálint, Loncsák András, Réti Gábor, Kovács Zsolt.
