Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares announces the following pursuant to the 167. § (1) e) j) and (2) of the Collective Investment Act.

Aegon Hungary Investment Fund Management Company Limited by Shares (Company) hereby informs its Honoured Investors that the sole member [shareholder] of the Company, AEGON Magyarország Általános Biztosító Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság [1091 Budapest, Üllői út 1., company registration number: 01-10-041365], by Resolution No. 2/2022.03.25, in addition to the authorizing resolution of the Hungarian National Bank No. H-EN-III-113/2022 dated 23.03.2022, the new member of the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 25.03.2022 is: Dr. Andreas Grünbichler.

The amendment was accepted by the Metropolitan Court of Registration and registered in the company’s register with effect from 25.03.2022 by order dated 28.03.2022.

Following the change, the Supervisory Board of the Company consists of Dr Andreas Grünbichler, Gerhard Lahner; Gábor Lehel; Gerald Weber.
